Step into the Arena11/10/17

Arena: (noun). A field of conflict, activity or endeavour.

You might think it harsh, or even inappropriate, but Arena is the right metaphor for training.

Instead of “Death by Powerpoint” – (not our phrase I hasten to add), training should be a living, exciting learning process that gives the trainee an unprecedented view of techniques and methods at their disposal. New approaches that can be tried and tested in a safe environment  and added to the toolbox of life techniques.

WE do immersive training.

It can be challenging, there may be conflict, (internal or very occasionally external), there is always activity, and…

Actors in Immersive Training.22/9/17

More and more people are seeing the benefits of using actors to enhance and improve their training objectives these days. It makes sense: it’s an arena where people can try out new techniques and learn from mistakes in a way that they will remember and gives confidence in a real situation.

Some others who have gone on to very successful high profile TV roles or movies.

Our actors…

It’s kicking off!8/2/17

It’s the time of year for us when the entertainment side of work overlaps slightly with the training and conference needs of businesses.

Many companies have their kick off conferences between February and April to review the previous year, then plan ahead financially, and look to add something special to their day and make it more fun or enhance key messages to highlight a point.

There are also lots of people looking to augment their training with actors in the role of customer/employee or…

Customer service24/1/17

It’s all about customer service. We strive to always get the customers key messages across, whether that’s in an entertainment forum or training in some way, THE most important thing is that what the client is paying for is the best it can be. We’ve said it before but it’s worth mentioning again that our team of regulars know this, are focussed and professional and enjoy getting the job done without any diva tantrums or red carpet rows! They know that the spotlight is really on you and their job is to merely facilitate whatever your agenda is!

Here’s a…
